Since 1999, the fully Hungarian-owned company has been an active participant on the Hungarian real estate market. Currently, we strive to offer the complete span of services within the real estate sector: valuations, consultancy, real estate development, property acquisition, obtaining of permits, renting, sale of residential and other real estate objects, investment consultancy and of course operation management, which has received ever growing importance in the latest times. We are managing office buildings, Penny Markets, Spar and Interspar super- and hypermarkets, Tesco markets, several Aldi discounters and the Family Center strip malls.
